    What Is the allotted timeframe to build my home?

    Start building within 3 Years after the title transfer, and complete within a year of starting the construction.

    Are there approved HOA contractors that are recommended to build their home?

    Yes, the ACC has vetted some contractors offering competitive pricing.

    What is the HOA fees on the homes?

    It is $100 per month for each Single Family Residence, paid biannually.

    When will I start paying HOA on the home?

    Once the lot is transferred on your name the HOA fees will be due starting from the closing date.

    When will I get possession of my Lot?

    The target completion date is projected for March 1, 2026; however, this timeline may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Who are the vetted Contractors?

    Do you offer any loans or payment plans?

    No, we don’t offer any loans. The payment will be $10,000 option fees, $150,000 earnest money deposit, and the remaining amount paid upon closing.

    Will my earnest money be deposited into an escrow account?

    No, the earnest money will be spent towards the development of the land.

    Can I come see the land/lot?

    Yes, anyone can come take a tour of the land; however the lots are currently not marked.

    Can I see the copy of the contract that I will be signing?

    Yes, we can send the contract to you once we receive the option money.

    Will bulk buyers receive a discount?

    Yes, buyers are welcome to purchase multiple lots and will receive a discount.
